EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY
We are committed to your satisfaction and will make every effort to ship your order accurately.
We only accept return requests for goods purchased on our website within 30 days. For returns of products purchased from another retailer or another platform, please contact the original store of purchase or that platform.
All return costs shall be borne by the customer. We do not bear any return fee.
REMINDER: Please ensure the correct sizes are selected before proceeding to checkout.
All returns will be reviewed first by our team and we reserve the right to reject it if the returned item does not meet the stated criteria. To be eligible, please follow the terms and conditions stated below.
EXCHANGE FOR A “ONE-TIME EXCHANGE” POLICY FOR SHOES ONLY
Terms & Conditions:
We do not accept Returns for any payment refund. However, we accept returns for a “One-Time Exchange” of any items (subject to availability) from our store with the same value as the “Exchange Item”.
The returned pair of shoes must be in their original unworn condition and packed in the original shoe box together with all related accessories. Customers are required to return the shoes to us at his/her own cost. KOPTRAD shall only bear the delivery cost (by ordinary post) of the exchanged item to the customer.
A returned item which is deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or in a worn condition is not eligible for exchange. KOPTRAD will courier the exchanged item for FREE. All exchanges are subject to approval by our team and all decisions made are final. For any rejected exchange request, KOPTRAD will return the “Exchange Item” to the customer.
Get in touch with our Customer Service representative via e-mail at return@koptradtech.com to arrange a return request. Please include your order details along with photos of the products in the e-mail for verification and quality inspection purposes.
Do note that the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package. We will process your request within 3 working days of receiving the goods and an e-mail notification will be sent to you
For International customers, sadly for this time being, we can’t accept any exchange requests.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
Because you can make an exchange for your desired size available. For size exchanges, below are the following guidelines: –
- New, unworn condition & 30 days – All items are in original, new, unworn condition. Can be returned within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
- Shipping Cost – The customer is responsible for the postage costs back to KOPTRAD we will send it back to you for FREE.
- Tracking number – All returns must have a tracking number/airway bill for tracking purposes. Please email your name, order ID (as per invoice) & email to return@koptradtech.com
- Original packaging – The product must be sent in its original packaging with invoices.

REASONS FOR UNACCEPTABLE EXCHANGES
Under the following circumstances, we will NOT be able to process your exchange:
- Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated
- Products with loose threads or cracks due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear
- Damaged products due to use for longer than intended service life
- Damaged products due to improper wash
- Products with colour fading due to display
